描述

  UltraClean^® Standard Mini Plasmid Prep Kit使用了大多数质粒提取用到的碱性裂解液裂解技术。

  操作中使用的试剂量跟其它品牌试剂盒一样，无需重新学习。改良了剂配方和缩短了离心时间，整个提取操作省时、省事！采用的硅胶离心柱可更大程度地回收到测序级的高质量质粒。

  适用于LB和所有高营养培养基，提取的质粒不含基因组DNA。且浓度足以直接用来进行自动测序，也可以直接进行酶切、连接、PCR和其它下游应用。
